We want our clients to relax and rejuvenate, so we ask that you please turn off or vibrate cell phones and pagers while at the salon. This policy includes phone use during services in shampoo lounge.

Cancellation, Reschedule and "No Show" Policy
A credit card or deposit is required for clients scheduling all Hair Extension and Hair Replacement services. Due to the exclusiveness of these appointments, clients are required to cancel or reschedule 48 hours prior to their scheduled time. Failure to cancel will result in your credit card being charged or payment for the full service. Additionally, failure to show up for regular hair services will result in a prepayment of future appointments until restitution has been made for the missed appointment.

Arrival Time
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your service. This will allow you time to unwind and prepare for your service. New clients are asked to complete a client profile summary form prior to the salon appointment. To assure that our staff stays on schedule and provide the utmost service for our clients, it is imperative for clients to arrive on time. We cannot guarantee services to clients who arrive 15 minutes or more late forthe scheduled appointment time, we may have to render partial service.

Gratuity
HMG allows for cash back only for the purpose of staff gratuity.

Things to avoid when receiving chemical or hair loss treatments
Clients should avoid the consumption of caffeinated or alcoholic beverages prior to any chemical treatment.

Please inform staff if you are currently taking antibiotics, especially if you took them with any citrus juices, orange, cranberry, grapefruit, lemon, etc….

Do not exercise, to include running, swimming, yoga, etc...before or after any chemical service or hair loss treatment for at least 48 hours.

Please do not shampoo, wet hair or scratch scalp 48 hours prior to any chemical or hair loss treatments. This may result in being rescheduled.

Please inform staff if you have recently had any chemotherapy drugs of any kind.
It is imperative that you inform our staff if you are pregnant, has excessive high blood pressure, epilepsy, asthma, allergies to any ingredients, HIV or any infectious disease before scheduling an appointment.

Payment
We accept Cash, Debit Cards, Personal Checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We also offer financing through Care Credit for varies treatment plans.

Lost Articles
We ask clients to keep up with their personal items during your visit. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Our Gift certificates expire exactly one year from date of purchase. Gift Certificates must be presented at the time of your appointment for payment.

Children
To respect the comfort of all guests, children are not allowed unless receiving services.

Right of Refusal
The Hair Management Group reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct. Inappropriate conduct or language during a service will result in the termination of the service. We reserve the right to define inappropriate conduct or language.

No Smoking is allowed

Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits are non-transferable.
All services are priced a-la-carte.

Hair Goods
The Hair Management Group uses only 100% human hair and as with all natural products variances may occur. The Hair Management Group is not responsible for any naturally occurring variances in the human hair product.
